POLICE are investigating two burglaries in Sidmouth and Ottery which may be linked.

Officers were called to Sidmouth Health Centre on Monday after a purple purse was stolen from a member of staff.
The incident happened between 12noon and 1pm. On the same day between 10.30am and 11am a purse was also taken from the Coleridge Medical Centre in Ottery.
Police would like to speak to a man who was seen at Sidmouth Health Centre on that day.
He is in his late 40s, of stocky build and was wearing a shirt, trousers and a jumper.
A police spokesperson said: "If anybody saw a man matching this description or anybody looking suspicious in the area please ring the police.
