A SHOPLIFTER, who stole a BB gun from a Sidmouth shop, was fined �80 by police last weekend. The man, who is not local, was caught by police with the help of a member of the public after leaving the store at Prospect Place on Saturday just before 2pm.
A SHOPLIFTER, who stole a BB gun from a Sidmouth shop, was fined �80 by police last weekend.
The man, who is not local, was caught by police with the help of a member of the public after leaving the store at Prospect Place on Saturday just before 2pm.
Officers found the BB gun, worth �39.99, on the man and issued a fixed penalty notice.
