Sidmouth bookshop to host debut novel signing

SIDMOUTH bookshop Paragon Books, will host a book-signing of Chewing the Scenery, the debut novel by Davina Elliott, on Monday, August 24, at 2.30pm.

SIDMOUTH bookshop Paragon Books, will host a book-signing of Chewing the Scenery, the debut novel by Davina Elliott, on Monday, August 24, at 2.30pm.

Davina works in the West End and is currently involved in the wardrobe department of the successful production Wicked.

Her book is set backstage of a production of Noel Coward's Blythe Spirit being performed in the West End.

Friend Su Gilroy, who is currently co-producing Charles Vance plays at Sidmouth's Manor Pavilion Theatre and organised the signing, said: "You don't have to have a theatrical background to enjoy this novel.
