SIDMOUTH Bridge Club is holding its annual Special Bridge Event in aid of charity next month.
This year the charity to benefit will be the Dame Hannah Rogers Children's based in Exeter.
The event will be held on Thursday, October 15 from 1.45pm at Sidmouth Rugby Club in Heydon's Lane. The afternoon is open to any bridge players and visitors will be welcome but should come in pairs to play chicago.
Entry is �2.50 per person and there will be a raffle and tea. Angela Lovatt, club president, said: "It will be a friendly afternoon so do come and help us raise lots of money for this very worthy charity.
