Sidmouth Living With Cancer to show folk lookalike mini-bus at weekend
A mini-bus, similar to the one ordered by Sidmouth Living With Cancer Support Group, will enter tomorrow night’s Sidmouth Carnival procession.
Founding member Bill Lankester said: “We have arranged to park outside of Potbury’s on Saturday and Sunday so members of public can see how we are going to spend the money raised. We hope many will come along and look over the vehicle.”
The Factory Shop, High Street, raised �114.75 for Campaign 2010 through a staff prize draw, with shoppers buying tickets.
There are just a few tickets left for next Thursday’s Branscombe Variety Night (September 30) in aid of SLWC. Call Branscombe Post Office (01297) 680225.
