THE man responsible for judging at tomorrow's Sidmouth Carnival hopes to "inject new blood" into the event with an open recruitment bid for anybody keen on casting a critical eye over this years' floats.
John Reese, who will take over the running of the carnival next year, hopes "people off the street" will come forward to act as judges and feels it will be of benefit to proceedings.
