Russ Smith, Liz Hayman and Fizzy the dog are pictured taking a brief, but well-earned, rest at Porthhallow, 315 miles into their bid to walk the entire South West Coastal Footpath.

The threesome, heading towards Mevagissey on Tuesday, have raised £8,000 so far.

They hope to stop off in Sidmouth at 7pm on June 7.
