ONE of the oldest choral societies in the country; formed in 1856, is seeking more members.
Sidmouth Choral Society is currently rehearsing part one of the Messiah, Sleepers Wake and advent carols for its November concert.
Rehearsals are each Tuesday at St Francis Hall, Woolbrook, Sidmouth, under the leadership of Dorothy Worthington.
