Donations totalling £10,000 have been agreed by Sidmouth Parish Church’s parochial church council. Read this and more.

CHRISTIAN DONATIONS: Donations totalling £10,000 have been agreed by Sidmouth Parish Church’s parochial church council. A sum of £4,600 has been allocated towards supporting its youth worker and £600 each will go to the Christian charities Bible Society, USPG, Mission Aviation Fellowship, The Bishop Simeon Trust, Family Support in Housing (Christian Alliance) in Exeter, Train a Priest, Church Army, St Petrock’s Centre, Exeter and Bibles for primary school leavers.

CURATE: St Mary and St Peter Church, Salcombe Regis, is set to have a new curate next summer. Mark Barrett is currently studying at Trinity College, Bristol.
