TWO East Devon county councillors are among the new nine-member Conservative leadership team for Devon County Council.
Sidmouth and Sidford's representative, Councillor Stuart Hughes, will be cabinet member for highways and transportation, while Councillor Christine Channon (Budleigh) will be responsible for schools and skills.
The Tories took power at County Hall earlier this month for the first time in 20 years, with 41 seats of the 62 on the authority.
