Sidbury fete raises �4,000 thanks to sponsorship by Sidmouth business
SIDMOUTH DESIGN sponsored Sidbury’s village fete this year to the tune of �250.
Rachael Shepperd, chairman of Sidbury Primary School’s PTFA, is pictured with Edward Willis Fleming, owner of the Alexandria Road business.
She said: “Sidbury Village Fete Committee would like to thank Sidmouth Design for sponsoring their fete this year.
“Its generous sponsorship, along with those who volunteered, donated and spent money at the fete enabled us to raise just over �4,000.”
Half of the proceeds go to the school, and will be spent on new garden equipment and play equipment for its new playground.
