ONCE again, while other parts of East Devon woke to two inches or more of snow yesterday (Thursday), Sidmouth remained untouched by the wintry whiteness.

Motorists negotiating slushy roads between Colyton and Exeter were amazed to find the snow stopped at the bottom of Trow Hill, leading to Sidford.
