Sidmouth fire-fighters set for charity car wash

FIRE-FIGHTERS hope a charity car wash will have Sidmouth drivers waxing lyrical about their spotless motors tomorrow.

FIRE-FIGHTERS hope a charity car wash will have Sidmouth drivers waxing lyrical about their spotless motors tomorrow.

Members of the town's fire-service will be on hand to hose down vehicles between 10am and 4pm in a bid to raise cash for The Fire Fighters charity.

The event will take place at Sidmouth Fire Station in Woolbrook Road with all proceeds going to the charity.

The Fire Fighters Charity raises funds for injured fire fighters during their times of need, assisting more than 13,000 individuals every year by providing pio0neering treatment and support services.
