Sidmouth firefighters called to road traffic collision in Manstone Lane

Firefighters from Sidmouth were called out to Manstone Lane following reports of a road traffic collision.

The crew responded to the shout shortly before 3.45pm this afternoon (Tuesday, May 30).

A Devon and Somerset Fire Service spokesman said: “Upon arrival crews confirmed all persons free and clear of the vehicles and set to work making the vehicles safe.

“Crews requested a further appliance which also came from Sidmouth to assist with three casualties suffering from shock and requiring oxygen therapy until the arrival of the Ambulance Service.”
