POLICE are appealing for information after a hit and run in Newton Poppleford.
A red saloon car hit a silver Peugeot 407 and then the driver left the scene without exchanging details.
The incident happened at around 10.20am on Tuesday.
The driver of the Peugeot was unharmed but a costly amount of damage was done to the vehicle.
