The missing Culver House sign

Appeal from Culver House, Sidmouth to return nameplate ripped from wall.

THOSE behind the running of Culver House, one of Sidmouth’s Abbeyfield homes, in Vicarage Road, are fed up with having their nameplate stolen.

Now, secretary Carol Symes has appealed for the return of the latest sign, torn from the wall outside Culver House on Sunday night, February 26.

She said: “This is our second sign. The first one was ripped off and bent in half. Maybe this one (pictured) is in someone’s garden.

“We would appreciate any help in returning it as the cost to replace these signs is about £300.”

If you have spotted this sign, please contact Culver House on 01395 515366.
