From crafts to Christmas coffee, there is plenty going on at the library in the run up to Christmas.
The first event of the month is a craft event tomorrow (Saturday) where children are invited to make a money box to store their Christmas pocket money or to give as a gift to a loved one. This event will run from 10am to 12pm in the Children’s Library.
Wednesday December 5 will see a Christmas Coffee morning and local author Anthony Cuerden will be there to chat about his book Letters home from the Raj. He will have copies available to purchase.
The coffee morning is from 10am to midday.
The following Saturday (November 8), children will be entertained by Tony Sparkes as he tells stories followed by a craft activity. Tony will be in the Children’s Library from 10:30 – 11:30am.
