Secretary and committee members needed at Sidmouth Macmillan Cancer Support Group’s annual meeting
THE annual meeting of Sidmouth’s Macmillan Cancer Support Group will take place on Tuesday, March 8 at 7.30pm.
The group is seeking a secretary and new committee members and chairman Joyce Burnham hopes to welcome anyone interested in joining the group’s committee to continue its fundraising work, to the meeting in the president’s room at Sidmouth Conservative Club.
She said: “We are a small, very friendly and hard-working committee, with one aim in mind, to help and provide support for the people of Devon who have cancer or have had cancer.”
Joyce is happy to chat with anyone interested about the committee posts before the meeting.
