THE Tour of Britain cycling bonanza was the perfect setting for one resident to showcase his selection of vintage bikes.

Andy Webb looked the part as his collection of 1920’s cycles caught the eye of many a passer by on the Esplanade on Tuesday.

“I’m just an avid collector of things, mainly bicycles,” said Andy, “This is just part of the collection, it’s all I could get into a van.

“My wife and I quite often ride them down to Sidmouth, and wherever you prop them, within minutes there’s people asking about them.”
