THE popular Sid Valley Memory Caf went twice-monthly this week.
After taking place at Twyford House on Wednesday, the service, launched by Rotarians Easing Problems of Dementia (REPoD), will return to the venue on October 27.
“There has been steady growth at the drop-in caf,” said co-ordinator Derek Eagles. Sessions provide information and support as well as direct access to health and social care staff and carer support.
It will now take place on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month.
l Organisers have set up a new telephone number for anyone interested in the memory caf. Contact Derek or leave him a message on (01395) 542574 for information.
