* A cycle/walkway 1.7 metres long; planned by Devon County Council, between the River Sid footbridge to the A3052 Exeter Road at Sidford, on land from Sid Footbridge at Sid Vale Cottages, Sid Park Road.

* DCC application to retain temporary classroom at Sidmouth College for a further five years.

* Waitrose Ltd., Stowford Rise: extension of existing store, revised access, parking and landscaping.

* Single storey extension at 32 Primley Road, Sidmouth.

* Victoria Laundry Mill House, Church Street, Sidford: approval of reserved matters in pursuance of outline planning permissions for siting, design and external appearance of 14 dwellings with access.

* Ground works, including retaining wall, to create patio and extend car parking area at 32 Fleming Avenue, Sidford.
