Sidmouth plans defffered after information wrangle

BECAUSE of insufficient information to make decisions, two planning applications before Sidmouth Town Council s planning committee on Wednesday have been deferred.

BECAUSE of insufficient information to make decisions, two planning applications before Sidmouth Town Council's planning committee on Wednesday have been deferred.

They are an application from Michael Horwood to build a detached, two-storey house and garage on land adjoining The Hill, Muttersmoor Road, Sidmouth, and plans by Mrs A Lee to build an agricultural barn/shelter on land adjoining the former Brownlands Hotel, Sid Road.
