BECAUSE of insufficient information to make decisions, two planning applications before Sidmouth Town Council's planning committee on Wednesday have been deferred.
They are an application from Michael Horwood to build a detached, two-storey house and garage on land adjoining The Hill, Muttersmoor Road, Sidmouth, and plans by Mrs A Lee to build an agricultural barn/shelter on land adjoining the former Brownlands Hotel, Sid Road.
