Sidmouth police seize Mini Moto

FOLLOWING complaints from residents in Ashley Crescent, Sidmouth, a Mini Moto motorbike has been seized by Sidmouth Police and is likely to be crushed.

FOLLOWING complaints from residents in Ashley Crescent, Sidmouth, a Mini Moto motorbike has been seized by Sidmouth Police and is likely to be crushed.

A police spokeswoman warned: "It is an offence to ride these things on the road without insurance, without a licence and without a helmet because the consequences can be it can be crushed and the driver will receive six points and a £200 fine.

"The only place to ride on is private land with the permission of land owners.
