Hundreds of parents, grandparents, pupils and friends had a cracking time at the event at Sidmouth Primary School.

There were stalls galore, Easter-themed games, a raffle, egg-cellent crafts and delicious treats at every turn.

The fair, which took place last Wednesday, March 28, managed to raise a hopping £1,115 from generous supporters.

Claire Fegan, head of teaching and learning, said in the school’s newsletter: “It was a fantastic achievement.

“Thank you to everyone who stepped up to the appeal for help - we had lots of willing volunteers and loads of donations and lovely cakes.”

The fair followed an Easter bonnet parade, where more than 100 pupils showed off their bonny headgear to classmates.
