A Sidmouth pub is set to close until business matters with the estate of the former landlord can be settled.
The Volunteer Inn, in Temple Street, will close its doors on Tuesday, May 30, until further notice.
The closure is taking place so all business matters and the estate of former landlord Steve Lea, who died in July, can be settled.
Steve’s step-daughter Chrissie Worthington, the acting manager, thanked all of the pub’s customers for their constant support and understanding.
