Green-fingered pupils from Sidmouth Primary School got in touch with nature this week with the help of The Friends of the Byes.
The community group assisted year four with planting native trees at the school’s Woolbrook site.
The pupils were working on their topic ‘into the woods’, which has been led by outdoor education specialist Jack Woolfenden.
