The British weather could not dampen a dazzling display of sailing, music and fireworks at this year’s Sidmouth Regatta.
On Saturday, crowds gathered to watch the races at sea with a number of sailing and swimming races.
In the evening, visitors watched a display by the Exmouth RNLI’s new Shannon class lifeboat and live music from The Culprits followed later by a stunning fireworks display. There were more events held on Sunday for the children at the Sailing Club including a fancy dress competition. See this week’s Sidmouth Herald for a picture special.
