Sidmouth residents urged to volunteer for council housing role
SIDMOUTH residents with a passion for local housing issues have been urged to volunteer for a council role.
SIDMOUTH residents with a passion for local housing issues have been urged to volunteer for a council role.
East Devon District Council (EDDC) is looking for an independent volunteer with an interest in social housing and community development to join representatives who currently make up its housing review board .
The board, which meets at least four times a year, advises EDDC on housing policy.
It also advises EDDC's executive board on its landlord duties, as well as responsibilities affecting tenants and leaseholders.
