Grizzly runner tops 2,500 mark with run for Christchurch earthquake victims
GRIZZLY: Chiropractor April Rose has raised 2,573.30 to help earthquake victims, following the New Zealand quake in Christchurch.
Living in Sidmouth, April’s boyfriend, Richard Fuell from Branscombe, was visiting his sister Natalie in the city when the earthquake struck – just days before the devastating one in Japan.
Through sponsorship for the Grizzly run, April is delighted with the final amount raised and, says Richard’s mum, Lynne: “I would like to thank everyone who sponsored her and especially thanks to April for running and completing the event.”
