Children and adults invited to dress up for special Crib Service at Sidmouth Parish Church

CHILDREN and adults are being invited to dress as part of the Christmas nativity scene to take part in a special crib service at Sidmouth Parish Church.

This Christmas Eve service, which starts at 3pm, is, says curate Angie Gammon, a departure from the normal one.

She said: “We are trying to make it more interactive, with children building the story of the crib as they go along.

“During the service they will come up to put things into the scene.”

The service is due to last no longer than 40 minutes.
