THREE youths caught throwing rubbish around Temple Street in Sidmouth were made to clean up their mess.
THREE youths caught throwing rubbish around Temple Street in Sidmouth were made to clean up their mess.
Police received calls from residents on Monday at around 11.15pm complaining about the anti-social behaviour.
Officers were sent to the scene and found the boys, aged 16 and 17, hurling garbage into the road.
They used 'restorative justice' where offenders make amends, in this case by clearing up the mess.

Sergeant Andy Turner, of Sidmouth Police, said: "We would like to thank members of the public who contacted us on this occasion.
"This is a fine example showing if you ring us at the time the police can do something positive about it.
