The children were learning about reversible and irreversible changes.

Children from St John’s School went loco for cocoa as part of a workshop to find out how chocolate is made.

The year one pupils visited Chocaholic’s Paradise in Temple Street as they are currently learning about reversible and irreversible changes.

Business owner Martin Osedo led a workshop for the children, showing them the process to making chocolates.

Martin, who opened the business at Christmas, produces up to 500 chocolates in a day in up to 50 different flavours.

He said: “I am a chef by trade - this is a hobby. This is my passion.”

He showed the children how to polish moulds before they added colours, chocolate and fillings of their choice.
