TWO sisters from St John's School had a taste of fame this week after appearing as weather girls on the radio.
Emily, 10, and Louisa Craven, 8, applied to be on the Gemini FM show last month via its website and were chosen to read the weather forecast on Wednesday.
The lucky girls read two forecasts on the Breakfast Show at 7.30 and 8.30am.
They had to be up early on Wednesday in order to pre-record the forecast by telephone when the Breakfast Show's Matt and Dani rang them at 7.15am - but they said it was worth it for their 20 seconds of fame.
