SIDMOUTH Steppers gave the town’s independent lifeboat a �500 cash boost this week.
Crew were handed a cheque before they launched the Pride of Sidmouth for their regular Tuesday night manoeuvres.
The Steppers chose the life-saving cause as their charity of the year.
Members said they were proud to hand over the money, raised at dance-outs throughout the summer season.
