A BID to demolish the single storey warehouse extensions at Ottery's factory site has been the blessing of town planners.
Town council planning committee members supported the demolition bid on Monday, but opposed plans to build a Tesco food store on the land last month.
East Devon District Council will decide if both projects will become a reality in the new year.
