A PARENT support group is looking for volunteers within East Devon to visit families at home for two to four hours a week.
Home-Start Exeter, formed in 1986, works closely with health visitors, family centres, Woman's Aid, local councils and others who refer families to them.
Volunteers support parents in situations as diverse as isolation, bereavement, multiple births, illness and disability, or those finding parenting a struggle.
They provide non-judgmental practical and emotional support and help build the family's confidence and ability to cope in a crisis.
