A surfer warned this man to stay away from the crumbling cliffs at Jacob’s Ladder – just moments before rocks cascaded down.
Another person was engulfed by the resulting dust cloud, and Mark Phillips said it was a good job it was low tide.
The incident happened at around 3.30pm yesterday (Sunday).
