MEMBERS of Sidmouth Town Council agreed in private at its August meeting to arrange a meeting between its Esplanade working party, Sidmouth Youth Initiative and the architect involved in the re-modelling of the Esplanade shelters, to consider delaying tanking out two side shelters until spring to allow successful testing of the centre shelter tanking process.
The shelters are being turned into a public toilet and showers.
