A SPATE of thefts proved thirsty work for one thief who took bottles of milk and juice from door steps in Colyton. Items were taken from at least nine addresses, including in Queen s Square, King Street, Church Street, St John s Close and Chantry Orchard.

Items were taken from at least nine addresses, including in Queen's Square, King Street, Church Street, St John's Close and Chantry Orchard.

Four carrier bags and a rucksack full of bottles were recovered from bushes on Sidmouth Road on October 31.
