A TIPTON St John care home is using a spot of 'pet therapy' to boost its residents.
Elderly Angela Court habitants have has their spirits lifted by visits from a range of four-legged friends including a Daschund called Darcy.
Manager Emma Seal said: "We have had a number of events where a range of creatures have come along for a touch of 'tender loving care' from our residents.
"This totally lifts the spirits of all our residents and often they will come to life, chatting away as they pet and feed the cats and dogs.
