TIPTON Players and Pantomime Society (TIPPS) will boost Marie Curie Cancer Care with a variety show in memory of their late president.

Three performances at Tipton St John Community Hall on June 10, 11 and 12, will honour Roy Critchfield, who died last September.

Profits from "Remember Roy" will go to Marie Curie, which supported Roy`s family during his illness.

The show has been devised by two of his friends, Terry and Ann Knight, and his wife Maureen.

An evening of laughter and nostalgia is promised with songs and sketches from productions staged by Roy.

Audience members are invited to bring their own food.

Tickets (£8) are available from Ann and Terry on (01404) 812040.
