A PLUCKY neigh-bour of a Tipton St John care home has been putting a smile on the faces of its residents.
Kelsey, an 11-year-old Irish draught mare, lives in a paddock adjoining Angela Court's gardens and is owned by its nurse manager Emma Seal.
"Some of our residents who would normally be quite reserved simply come to life when Kelsey is around and she loves all the love and attention she receives from her extended family," said Emma.
