RESIDENTS and staff at Angela Court Nursing Home in Tipton St John made sure they weren’t late for a very important date- as they held their first ever Mad Hatter’s Tea Party.
The Alice in Wonderland themed fun saw residents enjoy a day of tea drinking and cake eating while wearing home-made hats.
They also watched Alice in Wonderland on DVD and took part in a raffle.
The event raised �70 for the Care Professionals Benevolent Fund, which supports care professionals who face hardship.
Home manager, Bob Allan, said: “The residents and staff had a fantastic time at the tea party and really enjoyed filling up on home-made cakes.
