Stanley, the black Newfoundland dog, was the lucky winner of a social media giveaway by the Ottery garden centre.
A Newfoundland dog has won a barbeque from Otter Garden Centre.
Stanley was chosen at random after his owner Lucy Wakefield entered him into the social media giveaway as he has his own Facebook account.
Rattery resident Lucy, who runs Barking Mad Home Hosting for Dogs, said: “We will be making good use of the prize. Barking Mad has around 20 hosts in the area who look after dogs for people going on holiday, to weddings or away for business meetings, and we often have get-togethers.
“So, a summer barbeque is on the agenda, and Stanley will be getting extra sausages.”
