Archant

SIDMOUTH Rugby Club was this week still awaiting repairs to five windows smashed by vandals at the beginning of the month.

Toughened glass is needed at the pitch-side premises in Heydons Lane - usually to protect it from rugby balls.

Culprits smashed the windows, currently boarded up, between January 1 and 3.

Police re-issued an appeal for information and can be contacted on 101, crime reference: KS/12/7.
