Driver reported for driving without due care and attention after A3052 collision

A motorist has been reported for driving without due care and attention following an two vehicle collision near Sidmouth

Police say the incident, at around 12.50pm on Friday (November 22), partially blocked the eastbound lane of the A3052 between Newton Poppleford and Sidford.

A Devon and Cornwall Police spokesman said it is believed there were minor injuries and one driver was reported for driving without due care and attention.

Police said the road was clear of the incident by 3pm.
