Update 6.22pm: Road now cleared.
Reports are coming in of an accident in Sidmouth on the A3052 Trow Hill, near the Blue Ball Inn.
Few details are known, but it’s believed to involve two vehicles on the junction of Fortescue Road and Harcombe Lane East.
