CAMPAIGNERS for a sustainable Sidmouth as a transition town will hold their annual meeting next week.
The Vision Group for Sidmouth will hold the public meeting at the United Reformed Church, Chapel Lane, Sidmouth, near Hayman's butchers, at 7pm on Wednesday, September 24.
The agenda will include topics such as the challenges from flooding of Eastern Town and cliff erosion and what the Boundary Committee's unitary proposals mean for local democracy.
They will ask should the Vision Group undertake design and consultation for the western shelters and what does the newly-acquired transition town mean for Sidmouth and what are the solutions being suggested for energy, food and transport?
