The mightiest beast will receive a trophy created by Aardman Animations at the second Sidmouth Horse Trials. The event will take place during Sidmouth FolkWeek.
The makers of Wallace and Gromit have created a trophy for participants in this year’s Sidmouth Horse Trials.
Aardman Animations, home to the famed duo, Shaun the Sheep and Morph has made and donated the prize for the event on Sunday, August 6.
The trophy was designed by long-time FolkWeek fan Peter Lord, who will hand out the present the award to the mightiest beast in show next month.
The horse trials began last year and celebrates an ancient tradition involving elaborately costumed processional animals.
This year’s event will take place at 1pm at Port Royal.
